-Won the bid construction of China's longest Jingzhu Expressway Tingjiao section reinforcement project.

2008
-Won the bid of Guangzhou Metro waterproof material supplier from 2008 to 2010. Pile foundation underpinning of Guangzhou-Foshan metro, the largest in Asia, has been successful.

2009
-Won the bid construction of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway polyurea waterproofing, Taishi was awarded as "excellent construction enterprises" by high-speed railway construction units. Won the bid of Poly Real Estate Waterproofing Project. Established Taishi teaching base of South China University of Technology and Wuyi University.

2010
-Won the bid construction of Guangzhou Asian Games City Project, Qiaoxin Real Estate Waterproofing Project and Fuli Real Estate Waterproofing Project.
