TS-101 Flexible waterproof coating is composed of organic polymer emulsion and inorganic powder. It has the flexibility of rubber material and durability of inorganic materials. It is a green product recommended by the Ministry of construction.

Scope of application
Waterproofing of basement, exterior wall, toilet and bathroom, drinking water pool of old and new buildings; waterproofing of underground works, tunnels, bridges, reservoirs, etc.
Usage method
1. Base treatment: The base should have a solid surface structure with porous, rough, crackless, clear water and no empty drum, and the uneven base should be leveled first.
2. Preparation: first, the B component (emulsion) is poured into a clean container, then the A component (powder) is poured into the emulsion, and the electric mixer is used to stir until uniform without caking. Let the slurry rest for 2 to 4 minutes before stirring again.
3. Construction: Brush or spatula is used to coat at least two layers by cross-over method. The first layer is coated with thick coating so that there is no void at all on the base surface. When the first coat has solidified and produced enough strength, about 2 to 4 hours later, the next coat can be constructed. The total coating thickness should be at least 1.0 mm or more. If necessary, the third floor construction can be carried out.

Transportation & storage
This product is non-flammable and explosive material, which can be transported according to general cargo. Sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision should be avoided in transportation, and the packaging should be kept intact.
The product should be ventilated, dried and prevented from direct sunshine during storage. The storage temperature should be between 5 and 35℃.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
Attention
After the waterproof layer is completely dry, the overburden construction can be carried out.
This material should be constructed in the environment of +5 - +35 ℃, and it is not suitable to be constructed outdoors in rainy weather.
It is strictly forbidden to mix the dried slurry with water for reuse.
This product is alkaline, if splashed into eyes will be irritating, should be washed with clear water in time.
