TS-100 Easy-to-coat waterproof coating is an efficient waterproof material for home decoration. The powder is made up of high quality cement, selected graded quartz sand and unique polymer, and the additive is an efficient polymer emulsion. It forms an integral part with the base surface and generates dendritic crystals which are not permeated by water, thus achieving excellent waterproof effect.

Scope of application
This product is suitable for indoor and outdoor waterproofing construction of concrete, brick wall, concrete block, prefabricated block and other building structures. Such as: subway station, mine, tunnel, elevator well, basement base, kitchen and toilet, pool, swimming pool, sewage pool, etc.
Usage method
1. Base treatment: the base should have a solid surface structure with porous and rough, no cracks, no clear water and no empty drum; hollow drum, cracks and uneven base surface should be leveled first;
2. Preparation: first, the B component (emulsion) is poured into a clean container, then the A component (powder) is poured into the emulsion, and the electric mixer is used to stir until uniform without caking. Let the slurry rest for 2 to 4 minutes before stirring again.
3. Construction: Brush or spatula is used to coat at least two layers by cross-over method. The first layer is coated with thick coating so that there is no void at all on the base surface. When the first coat has solidified and produced enough strength, about 2 to 4 hours later, the next coat can be constructed. The total coating thickness should be at least 1.0 mm or more. If necessary, the third floor construction can be carried out.

Transportation & storage
This product is non-flammable and explosive material, which can be transported according to general cargo. Sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision should be avoided in transportation, and the packaging should be kept intact.
The product should be ventilated, dried and prevented from direct sunshine during storage. The storage temperature should be between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
Attention
After the waterproof layer is completely dry, the overburden construction can be carried out.
This material should be constructed in the environment of +5 - +35 ℃, and it is not suitable to be constructed outdoors in rainy weather.
It is strictly forbidden to mix the dried slurry with water for reuse.
This product is alkaline, if splashed into eyes will be irritating, should be washed with clear water in time.
