TS-505 Reinforced ceramic tile adhesive is a kind of cement-based polymer adhesive which is made up of selected cement, graded quartz sand and imported polymer. It has long cooling time, no empty drum and no pan-alkali.

Application range
The ordinary ceramic tile for indoor, outdoor and floor,with water absorption rate is more than 6%, the exterior wall brick and the size specification floor tile.
Usage method
1. Base treatment: the new plastered surface should be maintained for at least 7 days before it can be laid; the base surface should be stable, clean, dust-free, oil-free, no concrete curing agent and other pollutants; in hot weather above 35℃, it is recommended to wet the base in advance, and then dry it to no open water to carry out pasting construction;
2. Stirring method: first add proper amount of clean water in the barrel, then add ceramic tile glue powder, and mix it with electric stirrer into a uniform, granule-free paste, stationary for 5-10 minutes, then stir slightly, the effect is better.
3. Construction technology: use tooth-shaped scraper to scrape the ceramic tile mortar on the construction surface at an angle of about 70 degrees, make it uniformly coated and become a rack-like; each time, the coating is about 1㎡ (depending on the weather temperature, the construction temperature is required to be 5-40℃), and then in 5-15 minutes, the stone and ceramic tile can be kneaded and pressed (adjustment needs to be carried out in 20-25 minutes);
4. If the ceramic tile is big and heavy, double-sided glue should be applied, that is, both the working face and the back face should be glued at the same time.
Transportation& Storage
This product is non-flammable and explosive material. It can be transported according to general cargo. It should be sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision-proof in transportation, and keep the package intact.
The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+40℃.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is12 months from the date of production.

Attention
It is not suitable to construct in the weather of water accumulation or rainwater, snow, frost or wind above grade 6, or when the mortar is completely dried after construction (about 24 hours), the phenomenon of pan-alkali may occur if it is drenched by rain water.
Before pasting, wet cloth should be used to wipe out the dust on the back of the stone, and stone splicing should reserve no less than 0.5mm cracks according to the size change rate of stone. Wet sponge or cloth can be used to clean the finish before dry consolidation; site inspection should be carried out 14 days after completion of construction; do not mix the dried mortar with water for reuse.
