TS-403B oil-soluble grouting material is a single-component chemical grouting material formed by the reaction of polyether polyols and polyisocyanates, which contains isocyanate radicals at the end.
Product characteristics
Water is used as cross-linking agent and foams and expands spontaneously after encountering water in order to achieve instantaneous water stop.
Single liquid grouting has low viscosity, good grouting performance and large expansion multiple.
The consolidated material has good compression resistance, elasticity and impermeability.
Application range
It is suitable for seepage prevention and leak stoppage in various parts of underground buildings, water pools, water towers, etc.
It is suitable for blocking leakage of deformation joints, construction joints and settlement joints in buildings, subway and tunnel projects.
It is suitable for crack plugging of piers, dams and Hydro-power stations.
Usage method:
The grout can be grouted under high pressure or manually, and the effect of high pressure grouting is better.
1. Clean-up: carefully check the leakage site, locate the leakage point, and remove the debris around the crack;
2. Perforation: Cross-drilling on both sides of the leakage crack, spacing 200-500 mm, the leakage point can be more dense, the depth generally reaches more than 1/2 of the concrete layer board;
3. Embedding water-stop needles: lay needles of suitable length in the place where the holes are made, and then tighten the needles one by one, so that the rubber part expands and tightens the lock wall, so that the hand does not shake;
4. Grouting: Grouting in needles from bottom to top one by one, control the pressure well, generally greater than the groundwater pressure, lower than the concrete pressure, when you see the grouting at the adjacent cracks, replace another needle to continue grouting;
5. Knock out the needle: 24 hours after the completion of grouting, gently knock out the needle that protrudes outside the concrete with a hammer, and then leveling it with cement. And use cement to smear the wet parts in the past, if there is any excess leakage, further grouting is needed to achieve good function.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance Machine: When the grouting is finished, use xylene or acetone to clean the grouting machine, let the solvent circulate in the machine for a period of time to ensure cleaning, and then use oil to circulate in the machine for a period of time to maintain properly and prolong the service life.

Transportation& Storage
When storing and transporting, different products should be classified and stacked. It is forbidden to approach fire source, avoid sunshine and rain, and prevent collision.
The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+35℃.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period shall be at least 12 months from the date of production.
