Key points of construction

* The base needs to be flat, solid, no dusty and oil.

* Proportion: brushing method: water: powder =2: 5 (volume ratio)

spray method: water: powder = 3: 5 (volume ratio)

* Before construction: the foundation surface must be wetted with a large amount of water first, and the humidity of the base surface is saturated before the construction can be carried out.

* Construction: generally divided into 2 times construction, the use amount is about 0.8-1.5kgs/㎡. Brushing with force, and brushing back and forth to ensure that the bump can be coated to achieve uniformity. After the first brushing is finished, the second construction can be carried out after 4 hours of light pressing with fingers. If it is too dry, it’s necessary to spray water and moisten first.

* Maintenance: when the paint is dry and saturated, spray proper amount of water on the waterproofing layer，maintenance for 1-2 days.

Storage & Packaging

* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.

* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃.

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is at least 12 months from the date of production. If there is no obvious change once exceed the storage period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
