Product overview
Bi-Component Polyurethane Waterproofing paint is a solidifying type macromolecule
waterproofing paint formed from two components’ reaction, component A is polyurethane
prepolymer obtained from the reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate, component B is
from the reaction of various auxiliaries, such as anti-ageing agent, vulcanizing agent, crosslinking agent, etc. When use, we mix A&B at a certain proportion, after curing, it
forms a elastic, strong, and durable waterproofing coating film.

Key points of construction
* The construction base requires smooth and dry, no damage, no dust and no oil pollution.
* Mixed ingredients:component A: component B=1:2(or according the proportion provided
by the manufacturer), 1

nd add B, and stir well then can be
used.
* In order to separate the moisture from the base layer and improve the bonding strength
between the substrate and the coating, a layer of base treatment agent can be applied.
* In construction, a rubber scraper is used to scrape the mixed uniform coating on the
base surface,coating film is generally 1.5-2.0mm, and the construction is divided into
2-3 times. When the previous coating is dry, can going on the next construction.
* To increase the cohesive force between the waterproof layer and the protective layer, a
clean coarse sand or fine stone is sprinkled on the surface before the last coating has
not been solidified to enhance the bond between the protective layer and the waterproof
layer.
* The construction temperature range is 5-40℃, avoid the rain before coating film is dry.
* The joints place must be evenly brushed and plump. The weak parts can be added by
glass fabric to increase the strength
Storage & Packaging
* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent
approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.
* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature
of 5-40℃.
* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months
from the date of production. If there is no obvious change once exceed the storage
period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
* Packing specifications: 30kgs/set(Component A 10kgs/bucket, B 20kgs/bucket), 1.5kgs/set.
