Key points of construction

* The base surface should be smooth, clean, firm, no leakage, no water, uneven and cracks should be leveled, the yin-yang angle should be made into a circular arc.

* Proportion:

Type I liquid : powder = 1:1.25 ( weight ratio )

Type II liquid :powder=1:1.55 (weight ratio)

Type III liquid :powder=1:2.27(weight ratio)

* Construction: Add the powder slowly to the liquid, stir well until fine, then coating with roller or scraper, use the method of thin coating many times. 2mm thick coating is usually brushed 2-4 times, to be evenly brushed, not too thick, can not be brushed leakage, each process must wait until the coating is dry before it can be carried out.

* The bottom coating shall be repeated several times to ensure that no air bubbles are left between the coating and the base layer , and sufficient adhesion is required . If the protective layer is required , then after the last coating of waterproof layer is dried.

Storage & Packaging

* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.

* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃, the powder should pay attention to moisture-proof.

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production. If there is no obvious change once exceed the storage period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
