High Strength Polyurethane Waterproofing Paint is a double component reacted solidifying type synthetic macromolecule waterproofing paint, it consists of component A and component B. Component A is the polyurethane prepolymer obtained from polymerization reaction of polyether polyol and isocyanate. Component B is the liquid which consists of hardener, thickener, chain extender and filler. When use, we mix component A and B in a certain proportion, stir to mix well, scraping on the base of the construction, then form a elastic, strong and durable waterproofing coating film after several hours.

Key points of construction
* The base surface should be clean, dry, firm, smooth and without sharp acute angle.
* The construction of mechanical spraying should be given priority, the metal sawtooth plate can also be used to coat the coating evenly on the surface of the base.(The coating thickness should be guaranteed to 2mm)
* When manually configuring the paint, 1st the put component A into the container, then put
component B, and stir for 3-5 minutes to mix evenly.
* Mechanical stirring must be used, machinery, containers without water, the speed
of agitator should be 200-300 rpm / min.
* The coating is carried out twice to prevent bubbles from remaining in the film. The first time you use a flat plate to scratch a film with a thickness about 0.2MM on the base, and the second time after 1-2 hours.
* After the waterproof layer is all solidified, the protective layer can be poured.
Storage & Packaging
* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.
* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃.
* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production. If there is no obvious change once exceed the storage period, the products can also be used normally after passing the inspection.
