2011
-Won the bid of Dongguan Metro waterproof material supplier. Laid the foundation of Taishi Shaoguan production base. Start the tender construction of the main project of Lechangxia Hydro-junction which is the largest scale in Guangdong Province.

2012
-General Manager Deng sirong was elected deputy to the 14th Guangzhou People's Congress. Guangzhou Government has awarded Taishi the honorary title of "Advanced Collective of Guangzhou". Won the bid of Guangzhou White Swan Hotel renovation project which is the first Sino-foreign joint venture . Taishi Practice Base of South China Agricultural University was established. Taishi received financial support from the Science and Technology Program of Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Taishi single-component and by-component polyurethane has won the national invention patent.

2013
-The teaching base of production, teaching and research in Guangdong Institute of Engineering has been established. Start the tender construction of the floor project of Changlong Hotel in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province.

2014
-Taishi environment-friendly silanized polyurethane waterproof coating has past the acceptance of Guangzhou Baiyun District Science and Technology Plan project. Won the bid of Guangzhou Metro waterproof material supplier in 2014-2015. Taishi Shaoguan production base has been built and put into operation.

2015
-Taishi polyurea paint has won the national invention patent. Won the bid of Country Garden Real Estate Waterproof Material Collection and Green City Real Estate Waterproof Material Collection.
