This product is developed upon the fact that polishing brick and vitrified brick with smooth back, hard and non-porous material and very low water absorption,so easy to appear voids and fall off when pasted with cement paste. It has super bonding force and excellent strain resistance, and can resist slight vibration and impact.
Product performance
It is specially designed for polishing bricks and vitrified bricks. It has high bonding strength and good durability. It is easy to construct and can be constructed after mixing with water.
Scope of application
It is suitable for pasting plates with water absorption of less than 6% such as polished tiles with small or medium size or paving floors, and for pasting plates with large size of 800 mm*800 mm or more.
Usage method
1. Base requirements: the new plastered surface should be maintained for at least 7 days before it can be laid; the base surface should be stable, clean, dust-free, oil-free, concrete curing agent and other pollutants;
2. Mixing method: first add proper amount of clean water in the barrel, then add vitrified brick ceramic adhesive powder, and use electric mixer to mix into a uniform, granule-free paste, stationary for 5-10 minutes, then mix slightly, the effect is better.
3. Construction technology: use toothed scraper to scrape the vitrified tile mortar on the construction surface at about 70 degrees, make it uniformly coated and become a rack-like; choose the size of toothed scraper should consider the smoothness of the working face and the concave-convex degree of the back of the stone; if the stone is large and heavy, double-sided glue should be applied, that is, both the working face and the back of the stone should be coated with glue.
Transportation& Storage
This product is non-flammable and explosive material. It can be transported according to general cargo. It should be sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision-proof in transportation, and keep the package intact.
The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+40℃.
Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is12 months from the date of production.

Attention
It is not suitable to construct in rainy days. Before the mortar is completely dried after construction (about 24 hours), the phenomenon of pan-alkali may occur if it is drenched by rain water.Stone splicing should reserve no less than 0.5mm cracks according to the size change rate of stone. Field inspection should be carried out 14 days after completion of construction, whichever is 56 days.
