Application range

TS-502 is suitable for filling the gap between 1-5mm of ceramic, vitrified brick and marble.

Usage method:

1. Base surface requirements: crevices should be clean, no debris and water accumulation; porous permeable bricks (such as pottery bricks) can wet crevices in advance; newly bonded decorative bricks should be filled 24 hours after completion;

2. Stirring mixing: first pour water into the container, then add powder in proportion, fully mix with electric agitator into non-caking, uniform paste, slurry static for about 5 minutes, and then mix slightly to use;

Mixing ratio [standard type] clear water: powder = (4-5) kg: 25 kg

[Ultra-fine type] clear water:powder=(6-6.5)kg:25kg

3. Construction technology: use rubber seam filler or sponge scraper to press the mortar into the filling gap along the diagonal direction of the brick face; make it dry naturally for about 2-4 hours, and clean the tile surface with a slightly wet sponge or cloth;

4. Base cleaning: After 24 hours of construction, clean the tile surface thoroughly with clean water.

Transportation& Storage 

This product is non-flammable and explosive material. It can be transported according to general cargo. It should be sunscreen, freeze-proof, rain-proof, extrusion and collision-proof in transportation, and keep the package intact.

The product should be sealed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. The storage temperature is +5℃~+40℃.

Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period shall be at least 12 months from the date of production.

Attention

1. This product is suitable for use in the environment of 5-40℃.Do not mix the dried slurry with water for reuse.

2. Should avoid long-term contact with the skin, avoid large amounts of dust inhalation and pay attention to eye protection, if inadvertently into the eye, please see a doctor in time.
