Key points of construction

* The base surface should be firm,clean,smooth, no oil, no floating ash, uneven and cracks should be leveled, the yin-yang angle should be made into a circular arc.

* Proportion:

Liquid(additive) :powder = 1:2.8 ( weight ratio )  Add the additive into the container,then add the powder, stir well until there is no particle. During the use, we should keep intermittent stirring to prevent stratification.

* Construction:

  Brush directly on the base surface with a brush or roller brush, and use evenly. If it is used to prevent moisture, only one layer is needed. For waterproof, it needs to be painted 2-3 layers. When the first layer is dry (usually 1-2 hours), it can be applied to second layers, and the direction of 2 layers should be crossed vertically.

* Coating protection:

  After construction is completed, the coating must be protected before it is completely dried, including prohibition of pedestrians, rain erosion, exposure and sharp damage. The fully dried coating does not require special protection.

* Coating maintenance:

  After 24 hours of construction, it is recommended to use wet cloth or by spraying water to maintain the coating, usually 2-3 days. For the place if the air humidity is high and with poor ventilation, the drying time will be longer, and the opposite is shorter. Where air circulation is particularly poor, mechanical ventilation can be used to speed up the dry-solid speed.

Storage & Packaging

* When storage and transportation, different products need to be classified. Prevent approaching fire sources, avoid sun and rain, and prevent collisions.

* The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with a storage temperature of 5-40℃

* Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production.
